2008 Inox Chardonnay, VQA Niagara Peninsula, $12.75 / 750 ml Available general list at the LCBO # 594200. At first aromas of flint, mineral and fresh orange blossoms. As it opens up ripe fruit- peach with a note of pineapple. The palate exhibits the same fruit balanced nicely with fresh acidity. The finish is long. 2008 Viognier, VQA Niagara Peninsula $13.95/ 750 ml Nose is very perfumed with notes of orange blossom, lime and apricot. Apricot follows through to the palate with hints of pepper and nutmeg. Rich and round mouth feel. 2008 Sauvignon Blanc, VQA Niagara Peninsula $14.75 / 750 ml Available general list at the LCBO # 53678. Rich nose of gooseberries with a touch of asparagus and some grassy notes. Big mid palate with green apple, grapefruit peel and a crisp aftertaste that finishes with notes of gooseberries. 2007 Riesling, VQA Niagara Peninsula $14.75/ 750 ml A nose of apple, white blossom, mineral, lemon zest and pear. The palate continues with lemon rind nicely balanced with mouth watering acidity. 2006 Dubois Vineyards Reserve Inox Chardonnay, VQA Niagara Peninsula, $16.95 / 750 ml Pear, mineral and spice on the nose. The palate has floavours of pear, melon and lemon rind nicely balanced with acidity and great mouthfeel. 2007 Beal Vineyards Reserve Inox Chardonnay, VQA Niagara Peninsula, $18.95 / 750 ml Ripe Bartlett pear and lemon curd on the nose. The palate has a smooth texture with mineral notes, golden delicious apple, moderate acidity and a medium finish. 2007 McNally Vineyards Sauvignon Blanc, VQA Niagara Peninsula, $18.95 / 750 ml Tropical fruit notes on the nose like mango carry through to the palate.
