The grapes were crushed and pressed after 8 hours of skin contact followed by long, slow fermentation at low temperatures in a stainless steel tank with weekly lees stirring.
As designed the Cabernet Rosé has beautiful aromas of cherry and raspberry with a rich palate full of tropical fruits and lip smacking crispness.
