The 100% Sauvignon Blanc harvested from the Wismer, Twenty Mile Bench Vineyard underwent a slow, cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks to maintain its fruity aromatics. Followed by weekly lees stirring, to ensure great texture, expression, and quality. The warm growing season allowed Sauvignon Blanc to achieve ideal ripeness across the Niagara Peninsula, and on the Twenty Mile Bench especially. Once again, the Wismer Sauvignon Blanc flourished with intense aromas of tropical fruit, gooseberry and freshly cut grass. With subtle notes of citrus fruit and Granny Smith apple, this perfectly balanced wine lingers on the palate. A quintessential expression of cool climate Sauvignon Blanc, this vintage is not one to be missed!
