🍷 PRE RELEASE SALE! 🍷 2024 Red Tail’s Landing Reserve Cabernet Syrah The 2024 vintage allowed red varieties to showcase excellent ripeness and structure. This dark garnet wine has powerful aromas of white pepper, black currant, and dark plum. With subtle hints of vanilla and graphite, this wine has ample depth and supple tannins that are best suited for pairing with rich grilled meats. The varietals, Cabernet Sauvignon (40 %), Cabernet Franc (15%), Syrah (45%) were separately cold-soaked before fermentation and fermented at warm temperatures to extract optimum flavours. Pump-overs were performed twice daily to promote gentle extraction of tannin and colour from the skins. Aged in 2nd and 3rd fill French and American Oak for up to 14 months.
