He diligently develops new menus for the upcoming seasons with a focus on locally sourced quality ingredients.

Our All Canadian Surf and Turf, for $44.95, will be returning November 5th – December 12th, 2025. Wednesday – Friday Evenings ONLY. Largest Group size of 6 guests.
