2022 Cabernet Merlot

This medium-bodied red wine is rich in flavours of cassis, black cherry, and bumbleberry. With a long, dry finish, one will also notice the lingering aromas or vanilla, toffee and cigar box that allude to the time spent in oak barrels.

Each varietals were separately cold soaked before fermentation and fermented at warm temperatures to extract optimum flavours. Pump overs were performed twice daily to promote gentle extraction of tannin and colour from the skins. Aged in French and American Oak for up to 12 months.
