13 % Malbec, 33 % Merlot and 54% Cabernet Sauvignon. Each varietal was separately cold-soaked before fermentation and fermented at warm temperatures to extract optimum flavours. Pump-overs were performed twice daily to promote gentle extraction of tannin and colour from the skins. Currently ageing in 2nd and 3rd fill French and American Oak barrels.
