Dominated by strong aromas of white pepper, sweet cherry, and dark plum, this medium-bodied wine is a great example of Shiraz. A warm fermentation in neutral, temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks. Pump-overs were performed twice daily to promote gentle extraction of tannin and colour from the skins. Aged in French and American barrels for up to 9 months.
