2021 Shiraz
Dominated primarily by notes of raspberry, white pepper, and red licorice, this wine is a typical expression of cooler climate Shiraz. With bright acidity to complement the fruity characteristics, this dry medium-bodied red wine has subtle aromas of chocolate, vanilla, and black cherry.

A warm fermentation in neutral, temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks. Pump-overs were performed twice daily to promote gentle extraction of tannin and colour from the skins. Aged in French and American barrels for up to 10 months.
