The 2020 Inox-Unoaked Chardonnay
This Chardonnay has ripe pear, apricot/peach, and boxwood on the nose. With mouth filling texture, paired with light and crisp flavours of ripe pear, crème brule and a long mineral finish.
The 100% VQA Chardonnay harvested from our Vineyards in Niagara, that underwent long, cold fermentation in stainless steel tanks to allow us to maximize its fruit forward characteristics.
An excellent wine to effortlessly serve on its own or pair alongside:
